Meet Shakima D. Ford, Founder
Shakima brings experience across human resources, engineering, operations, and people leadership, with a career spanning Boeing, Sysco, Pratt & Whitney, and Perdue Farms. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova.
Her approach connects the human side of leadership with practical tools for communication, coaching, project management, and execution.
